Ancestor Meditation
This meditation is in honour of All Souls Day and Dia de los Muertos. The veil between the worlds is often described as very thin at this time of year, so this meditative journey will take you back to a place of your Ancestors so you can meet them and listen to any wisdom they may want to share. The meditation takes about 20 minutes and then there will be a time and safe space to share whatever may have arisen.
