Autumn asana is about digestion — of food, and of everything else this year has handed you. We'll move through forward folds and knees-bent postures like Temple, Storyteller's, and Garland to release tension and built-up heat from the back body and core while the mind settles alongside it. Sun Salutations and a core kriya stoke the digestive fire and reconnect us to center. Savasana and yoga nidra open space before pranayama and Trataka meditation ground and, often, comfort the heart.
Bring a journal. Questions will surface about what you're releasing and what you're making room for — this is a season that rewards sitting with them rather than rushing past them.
Space is limited. $50 reserves your spot.
