In this engaging session, Teri will introduce you to the science and everyday use of phototherapy, featuring wearable light technology. Whether you're navigating pain, supporting your body’s restoration, or simply being proactive about your health, you’ll discover how this gentle, non-transdermal technology works in harmony with your own light—physical and spiritual—to support lifelong well-being.

Bio

For 20 years, Teri Swift, MS, CPQC, CRC, PFTP, has worked as an executive coach, helping leaders thrive without burning out. She later became a Certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach and mental fitness trainer, reflecting her passion for helping people reduce stress, reclaim energy, and experience more peace in daily life. Guided by a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal, Teri is always exploring new ways to support holistic well-being. This commitment led her to phototherapy, an energy- and light-based healing modality. She now integrates it into her practice as part of her mission to help others feel better, heal faster, and enjoy a fuller quality of life. She enjoys being in nature, ballroom dancing, and photography.
