About the event
In this workshop we will learn how to draw mandalas.
Creating mandalas is a calming, mindful activity that helps reduce stress and improve
focus. The repetitive patterns encourage relaxation and can act as a form of meditation.
Mandala-making also supports creativity and emotional expression, offering benefits like
improved concentration in children and cognitive stimulation in older adults. Overall, it
promotes inner peace, self-awareness, and well-being.
Materials will be provided for all first timers.

I have been walking a shamanistic path toward healing, remembering and wholeness for the past 23 years. My journey began in 2002, when I answered an inner call to work with plant medicine. Along the way, I was blessed to meet and spend time with Indigenous and Native American Elders who shared their wisdom through stories, ceremony, and prayer. In 2013 I entered my dark night of the soul and for a number of years slumbered in low energy, deep depression and darkness. In 2018 I began my shadow work through solitude, reflection, prayer, and guidance from my spirit allies, uncovering, healing and integrating deep inner wounds.
Today, I remain devoted to a daily practice of stillness, prayer, creative expression and co-creation with source — a way of life that supports self love, awareness and a purposeful, integrated life. I now feel called to share some of the creative, reflective and integrative practices that have supported my healing and on going journey toward wholeness.
