Yoga Nidra w/ Laura & Victoria...

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice, known as “yogic sleep.” It is a guided meditation practice that leads you to the threshold between waking and dreaming. Lying down in complete comfort, participants are gently walked through layers of body, breath, and awareness, releasing all tension and entering a flow state of consciousness.

Yoga Nidra asks nothing of your muscles, there are no poses to perfect. All you have to do is listen, let go and allow yourself to experience a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra has been reported to be as restful as 4 hours of REM sleep. 

Whether you’re eight or eighty, a seasoned meditator or someone who has never tried anything like this before, Yoga Nidra meets you exactly where you are. It is a sanctuary for the stressed, a reset for the restless, and a homecoming for anyone who wishes  to feel ease in their body and mind.

As participants are guided through Yoga Nidra, the gentle sounds of singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and the steel tongue drum create an added layer of relaxation and energetic balance. These healing frequencies help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and deepen the meditative experience, allowing the body to soften and the spirit to settle. The sound vibrations support emotional release, inner stillness, and a greater sense of peace throughout the practice.
