Lydia uses a blend of healing tools. She often “downloads” Soundcodes specifically for you - sending a recording after the session. Every session is unique and different, and the core of healing is in your heartfelt intention—Lydia creates an environment to allow that healing to naturally flow! Sessions can include one or all of the following: Starpoints Returning “Starpoints” are light-grid points within the auric field. Intention and sound align the light grid and merkaba, allowing energetic and physical shifts to occur. Starpoints, AKA “energetic acupuncture” helps shore up boundaries, repair rips, tears and drains in your energy fields, and support a sense of deep balance and safety. Tree SpiritSong Healing A very gentle, intuitive sound modality. Primal healing sound, with a deep connection to trees and elements that assist in anchoring light on Earth. Helpful for visioning; supporting calm and peace. This and Starpoints are both especially supportive when experiencing insomnia, anxiety, recovering from fight or flight/trauma. Kundalini Reiki Wonderful for chakra clearing, balancing body systems, healing relationships with people, places, & times in our lives, physical healing, karmic healing, healing thought patterns, etc. Dao-Tha Soundcodes Atlas Balancing: Whole body spinal and energetic alignment, ancestral healing Body Balancing: All codes from Atlas Balancing, and Coccyx and Ziphoid sessions Pineal Gland - Alignment and decalcification, energetic clearing and uplifting One on one sessions: 60-90 minutes.
